Roy Goble

Roy began working in real estate in 1981 for his father Ernie Goble, who founded the company. In addition to Goble Properties, Roy also spends his time serving those in need through The Goble Foundation, which works in Belize, Central America to prevent children at risk from entering a life of poverty.


Nick Parisi

Nick Parisi assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer in 2008 and is responsible for
all operating positions for Goble Properties Investments. In 2009, Nick restructured
Goble Properties asset management and property management divisions bringing the
management back in-house. He is responsible for establishing Goble Properties’ short-
term investment strategy and is in charge of structuring and managing the debt portfolio.
He also oversees Goble Properties’ private equity investments.

Nick started with Goble Properties in 2004 in Palm Desert, California before moving
to the Silicon Valley office in 2006. He earned the Certified Commercial Investment
Member (CCIM) designation in 2008. Nick attended Westmont College in Santa Barbara,
California where he graduated with a B.S. in Economics & Business as well as a B.S.
in Philosophy. He won the Annual Westmont Entrepreneurship and Business Plan
Competition in 2003. He serves on the board of advisors for PathLight International.


Ron Robinson

Ron is the President of R. L. Robinson Associates, Inc., and in 1998 Ron became a
consultant to Goble Properties. Ron has represented Goble Properties in all aspects
of commercial real estate and has worked on over 20 projects for Goble Properties,
his responsibilities have ranged from asset manager and acquisitions consultant to
development project manager. Ron is currently responsible for Southern California asset
management and is project manager on Goble Properties development projects.

Ron received his BA in Marketing from the U of Idaho in 1967 and his JD degree
from Santa Clara Law School in 1985. He started his commercial real estate career in
1977 as an agent with Ashwill Burke in San Jose, CA. In 1992 he earned the Certified
Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
